March 15 - Happy Birthday Tracy! Card

Tracy is one of our buddies over at Couture Scrapbooking who had a birthday on Saturday! So some of the girls made birthday cards for her and posted them in the gallery. Here is my card for Tracy (Happy Birthday Girl!)! :)

For this I just used a small frame shape from Pageframe Designs and the middle part of the card is suspended and hanging from a binder ring. Very simple card but oh so fun to make! You can also write your greeting on the back of the patterned paper.

Birthday Girl Card

Ingredients:

  • Clear shape (Pageframe Designs)
  • Patterned Paper (Fancy Pants)
  • White Signo Pen (Stampin' Up!)
  • Rubon (Autumn Leaves)
  • Rhinestones (KaiserCraft)
  • Crop-A-Dile
  • 2 Eyelets
  • Elastic or Ribbon
Instructions:

1- Decorate your frame by adding your dots around the edges and punch your hole at the top with the Crop-A-Dile. Add your eyelet to the hole. Add your bling to the corners without the eyelet.

2- Cut your patterned paper to a slightly smaller size than the center of your frame and apply your rubon.

3- Punch a hole in the top corner of your paper and add your other eyelet.

4- Attach your binder ring through both eyelet holes.

5- Finish your card/ornament by adding ribbon or elastic cording to the top for it to hang with.
