October 18 - Thanks Shaker Box Card

The last Tuesday of each month I have a wonderful group of ladies who come over for "technique night". This past month they wanted to do some holiday cards, so this was a Thanksgiving card that we made.

It uses the new shaker frames in the Holiday Mini. When I started scrapbooking ten or so years ago, shaker frames were all the rage. I must admit, I've not made one since. But I was tempted when I saw these in the mini and thought they'd work great with the chunky glitter. FUN!

The key to making the scalloped window on the top is to punch the circle middle FIRST, then line it up in your larger scalloped circle punch (upside down so you can center it).
